Fair Housing: More Than Just Words
The Oceana County Board of Commissioners recognizes the importance of equal opportunity in housing for all persons regardless of religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, familial status, or marital status. In 2010 and 2013 the Board of Commissioners passed two resolutions in regard to equal opportunity housing. Those resolutions may be reviewed in full here.

Oceana’s Home Partnership is a local organization that serves the housing needs of Oceana County residents. Services include homeless and homeless prevention services, help with the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the landlord repair process.
