Land Divisions require certification from the County Treasurer that all taxes have been paid for the preceding five years, pursuant to the Land Division Act 228 of 1967, MCL 560.109(1)(i).
If you are applying for a land division, please complete the following:
- Complete the request of Land Division Tax Certification Form
- Tax Certification requires a $5 fee, per each parcel being tax certified
- Remit fee and Land Division Tax Certification form to the County Treasurer’s Office
- Completed Land Division Tax Certification Form may be mailed to:
