Land Bank Authority

The Oceana County Land Bank Authority was established through Oceana County Commissioners Board Resolution on May 27, 2010, as well as the Intergovernmental Agreement of the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.  The Intergovernmental Agreement was signed on July 15, 2010.

Mission

The mission of the Oceana County Land Bank Authority is to acquire, manage, maintain, and repurpose vacant, abandoned, and foreclosed properties – the worst abandoned houses, forgotten buildings, and empty lots.
