To get a copy of an accident report you will need the following information:
- Accident report number

- Last name of person involved in crash

Alternatively, you may request a copy of an accident report be sent to you by calling (231) 873-2121, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM– 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). Copies of reports are $10.00.
