IT Incident Resolution

We are pleased to report that, following our business continuity plan, all primary services and operations affected by a recent IT network incident have been fully restored and are operating securely. We also have implemented new security measures and upgraded our IT operating procedures. We apologize for any inconvenience or service delays during our temporary outage, and wish to recognize the hard work that all County staff, who helped facilitate our recovery, performed over the previous two weeks that resulted in our full restoration. It’s a job well done.

We will continue working in the days ahead to complete a full forensic investigation and we will take appropriate action in response to our findings.
