Oceana County Michigan

Effective March 1, 2016, the cost to file a civil case in the 27th Circuit Court Office, will include a new $25.00 e-filing fee that is mandated by the State. This fee will apply to all newly filed civil cases. If you have any questions, please refer to the Mandated Law.

Certified Copies

Many governmental agencies require certified copies. Please let us know at the time of your request that you require a certified copy. We will not certify any document brought into our office.
